I am searching for my birth mother. I was just recently told that i was born in Florida. My borth mother would be 58 today. Her last name is HERNANDEZ, i beleive she is Columbian. She was 25 when she gave me up for adoption. She is Catholic. Her and my birthfather were not married at the time. He was 24 at the time and Protestant. My adoption was finalized in NY and the lawyers that handeled everything were Leonard Tarr and Terry Milburn. My birthday is June 26 1974. I am 33 years old. My birth certificate says i was born in Brooklyn, NY but that is a lie. I was adopted to a Jewish Family and i grew up in Queens,NY. I was told by my adoptive father that i was given to him on the street corner in Brooklyn a few blocks away from the hospital where i thought i was born. Long Island College Hospital. I have sent away for my non id info and NY State has sent me only what i have listed here. I have not yet tried Florida State for non id information. |
