I was born on August 13, 1989 and was given to my adoptive parents on August 15, 1989. At the time of the adoption lived in Sioux City, Iowa, area code is 51104. I was born in Kansas City, however i am uncertain if it was Kansas City, Missouri or Kansas. I wish to locate my birth mother and possibly father. |
