Anthony's biological parents were very young at his birth. We decided it was in his best interest to be adopted out. We loved him that much. His Mother's name was Lesley Ann Mulvaney, his Father was Anthony David Ritter. Our baby was born on October 24, 1988. He was born in Anderson Indiana. He had dark hair and was Caucasian. This was a closed adoption through St. Elizabeth's.
