Seeking siblings and/or birth mother. I was born July 3, 1960 in Lawton, OK at Memorial Hospital- Dr. Donald A. Angus was the attending physician. The Decree of Adoption was dated July 7, 1960 referencing the matter of adoption of Baby Girl Jones. The attorney of record was Chester D. Silvers and the County Judge residing was John P. Fullerton. I was told that my birth mother, who was referred to as Elizabeth or Liz, traveled from California to Oklahoma in April 1960 and gave birth to me in July, returning to California afterwards.
