searching for my birthson, his birthname was maurice james taylor, born at moore regional hospital in pinehurst nc on dec 29th app 1982 he was removed from my custody app 1983 by the Carthage NC dept. of social services THE social workers involved was phyllis dowdy, ann thomas fathie kelly i was not told i was signing adoption papers,,, stated i could get them back ,,liars never gave me a copy of any papers. of course i didnt know my rights we have been searching since 1983 he was with a foster mother by the name of ella mae barrett of carthage nc i have not heard about him since. i miss and love my son and is desperately trying to find him his father came from ny to see if he could get him and was told he hadnt paid child support we couldnt afford to hire an attorney he has 3 brothers 1 sister and 5 nieces 1 nephew 1 great nephew and niece,, his grandmother is 80 yrs old and lives in carthage her phone number is 9109492058 cousin peggy steadman 9197765934 i've had 2 heart attacks and heart disease is hereditary in our family
