I recently found out that my mom gave up her son when she was 17 years old. I believe that was back in 61 or 62. My mom's name is Carlota Perez. She did leave a letter at the adoption agency giving her name just in case her son came back one day to find her. She lived with a christian family in Amarillo and then had her boy. He was given to a family and thats all I know. My mom named him Phillip. Thats all I know. I have no clue how to find him. I dont know where to start.
