Looking for birth mother, her name @ the unwed mother's home was Rae Sanders. I am a white male, birth name Robert Lynn, born Jan 7, 1961 looking for my birthparents or relatives. I was born @ the Baptist Hospital in New Orleans. Dr. Wright Kemmerly's name is on my birth cert. My mother was @ the Methodist Home Hospital for unwed mothers. I was adopted from there @ 2 1/2months old. My adoptive parents lived in north Mississippi which is where I grew up. My adoptive parents met the agency @ a motel to view me and the next day, March 31, 1961 they parked 2 blocks away from the unwed mother's home so no one would see their car. One of my present friends was also adopted from there by a north MS couple and his DOB is 12/31/1960, his birth name is Christopher Lynn, his birth mother's name was Sandra Johnson. My adoptive parents were in their 30s when they adopted me. ...UPDATE... my birth name was ROBERT LYNN. Another doctor's name was DR. ADAM'S which appeared on a crib card...NEW UPDATE 1/15/08 JUST OBTAINED NEW INFORMATION MY BIRTH MOTHER'S NAME @ THE UNWED MOTHER'S HOME WAS RAE SANDERS (not sure is they used false names or not), SHE WAS CHURCH OF CHRIST, I WEIGHED 6lbs. 9oz., 19 inches long, BORN @ 11:32am; PHYSICAIN: Dr. G. MARX; BAPTIST HOSPITAL 3/9/08 NEW UPDATE FROM LOUISIANA DEPT. OF SOCIAL SERVICES... non identifying information: BIRTH MOTHER: *age @ birth of child: 17 yrs *Height: 5 feet 2 inches *Eye color: Blue Hair Color: Blond *Complexion: "beautiful peaches & cream skin" *Race: Whit *Nationality: English, French & Irish *Education: in 10th grade *Medical History: History of asthma for most of her life.. Birth Mother's Family Members: *Her father was 48 and recuperating from a heart condition following history of rheumatic fever. *Her mother was 44, had a grammar school education, dark hair and brown eyes. Siblings None Birth Father's Information: (provided by Birth Mother) *Age at birth of child: 16 years *Height & Weight: "average" *Eye Color: Blue Hair Color: Blond *Race: White *Education: in 10th grade Birth father's family: Mother, father and two sisters, one older and one younger Health and Medical History: He and his family "enjoyed good health. No history of physical or mental illness in this family." Pregnancy/delivery: Full term (38 weeks), normal delivery. Agency nursery comments: At one time a trace of sugar was found in urine but repeated test failed to show any abnormal blood sugar. Because birth mother's Wasserman reacted slightly positive, blood Wasserman was run on this child and it came out negative. It was felt the mother's reaction was probably due to drug she was taking for asthmatic condition. Mother had history of asthma but this did not show in the baby."
