Searching for birth parents / siblings. Born in OKC, OK at Deaconess hospital. I believe mom was at Home of Redeeming Love, a maternity home run by the Deaconess hospital. Non-identifying info says mom was 16, dad was 23. Mom had brown hair, blue eyes, Dad had brown hair, brown eyes. Birth date may be off by a few days. Birth date shows 11/14/65 but dr. signed it on 11/11/65 so the birth date may have been changed. Adoption handled by Tulsa attorney Wendell Knox.
