I am searching for my birth parents or any siblings. I was born 4-4-67 at IL Masonic Hospital Association. I was born at 1:53am, Dr. Weiss was the doctor that delivered me (according to the birth certificate). The lawyer that did the paperwork was named Tala Engels. The story I get from my "parents" is that I was an 8 month baby, the people that were suppose to get me were on vacation and my parents received a phone call from the family physician whose name was Dr. Schmidik asking my "parents" if they wanted a little girl. I was told that my parents received me when I was 2 days old. The father was, according to my parents, Italian, the mother german. The father was married once before and had 3 or 4 children during his first marriage. When he remarried, him and his wife agreed to not have any children. I guess that's where I popped in... The information that is most important to me is the health history. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
