ISO my birth mother's legal husband. It is my understanding that his last name begins with one of the last five letters of the alphabet...v,W, X, Y or Z. Social Services slipped me that information. However, they would not give me his last name. He is probably from Rome, NY area. He relinquished his legal rights to me in March of 1970. If your out there sir, please help me. I do not want to disrupt your life. I just want my mother's name. She named me Renee Lynn and gave me up in Novemember of 1969.
