I am looking for my sister and brother. My sister's name at birth was Dana Michelle Evans and she was born October 5 1971 in Utica, NY at St. Luke's Hospital. She was born with a hole in her heart. My brother's name at birth was Donald Thomas Evans and he was born July 16, 1974 in New Hartford, NY at St. Joseph's Hospital. They were both adopted at the age of 1 1/2. I also was adopted in 1986 when I was 6 years old but my adoption took place in Wichita, KS where our mother had moved to with me. My name was Donna Marie Evans but my name now is Donna Marie Lay. I am 29 years old and my birthday is November 30, 1978. Dana would be Italian, black Dutch and Cherokee Indian. My brother would be Black Dutch, Cherokee Indian, English and I believe Weltch. I know that neither one of them know about me and that they would not know about each other. |
