I am searching for my husband's half brothers. They were born in White County Memorial Hospital in Monticello, Indiana. The eldest was born on January 29th, 1974 and named Neil Marcellis Lawrence at birth. The younger was born on February 9th, 1975 and was named David Allen Lawrence. They were given up for adoption, possibly from foster care, when they were -approximately- 7 and 6.
