My birthmother was residing at the Salvation Army Booth Memorial Maternity Home at the time of my birth. I weighed 8 pounds 13 ounces at the time of my birth. My mother was described as being 5'2" tall with light brown/blonde hair and blue eyes. She had suffered from rasitis when a young child and was successfully treated. My father was said to have been a sergeant the Air Force with last name Olinski(not sure of spelling).
