Looking for birth parents , do not know their names. Was born at Mercy Hospital in upstate New York on Aug. 27 , 1965. Had to be transferred to St. Peters Hospital 3 or 4 days later due to Salmonella poisoning as newborn.My birth name that was given was James. Adopted parents last name was Gadoua , Ray and Ellen.
