Searching for birth parents. I was born 2-18-1970 in Mattoon Illinois. My birth mother was white with blonde hair and in her early 20s and worked as a beautician. My birth father was a black man in his early twenties who had at some point been stationed in Viet Nam. After my birth I lived with a foster family in Paris Illinois until I was adopted in November of 1970. If anybody has any information that could help please contact me.
