I am an adoptee born on 7-31-1970. I lived in St. Vincent's Orphanage in Illinois and my name before the adoption was final was Billie Jo Boggs. I have very distinctive green eyes and curly hair. I am looking for my birth mother and/or birth father. My name is now Cindy Cornelius.
My understanding was that my birth father was in the service and my mother had an affair. No known information about my birth mother.
My adoption was final through Catholic Charities in May 1973. I was abused by my adoptive family and have not had contact with them in 23 years. Would very much like to meet my birth parents.
Any information regarding my birth family would be greatly appreciated. |
