My name is Atim Owili-Eger and I am searching for my birth mother. I was born on February 18, 1984 in Fort Sill or Lawton, Ok. Possibly on the Army base in Fort Sill. I do know that my birth mother was a college student and her name is REGINA BALLARD. I am looking for her to see if I have any siblings and learn a little about where I come from, what type of medical history my family has. I need this for some closure in my life.
