In search of my husbands 1/2 brother or sister born late 1949 thru late 1950,poss early 1951. Birthmothers name would have been Joyce Keene. Fathers name unknown. Born in area of Everett, WA. He was told he had a sibling born a 1-1 1/2 after he was born in 1948 by his mother, however no further info and request made to not search until after her death (03-2007).
