I am looking for my sister - or 1/2 sister - our fathers name is Richard MacDonald, but you probably don't know this, as he is not on the birth certificate. Your mother was either "Pauline" or "Paulette". You were born between 1970 - 1973, and they told me they named you "Kelly Ann Marie". You were born at the Hotel Dieu Hospital in Chatham, NB. We have 1 picture of you, which would have been taken at the hospital - dad says he held you. My mother wanted to adopt you, and raise you, as your birth mother was a Flight Attendant. Apparently, she agreed to this, but when dad went to pick mom up, and bring her to get you, by the time they got from Moncton to Chatham, you were gone. Without his name on the birth certificate, he had no legal rights, and to this date, is un-able to find you. I am unsure of any other circumstances surrounding your birth. I think you may have been adopted by someone in the Military/Air Force specifically, as the Air Force Base was in Chatham at the time - and it may be that you are unaware that you are even adopted. I found out about you when I was 18, but it's still very sketchy to me. Apparently they were afraid that you'd come looking for Dad, and we wouldn't know.... Your mother now lives in Ontario apparently, but her parents reside here in Moncton, NB. They have a summer home in Shediac where they spend all summer, and your mother comes down here too. This is all I know - and it's been gathered by bits and pieces over all these years. My name is Lisa Marie MacDonald (Geldart married)and you have a brother Craig MacDonald. It would be wonderful to find you - if you exist out there...I don't know if you really do - because we feel that you would have been looking for us and information would not have been so difficult to find. PLEASE, if this sounds like you - let me know...there is just something missing. This is a recent photo of me - everyone says I look like my dad, so I expect that you will have some similar qualities as well.
