Hello,
I am looking for my family. I was born in Arecibo, PR November of 1971. My father is Luis F. Rosa Tosado from Camuy and my mother is Carmen N. Roman de Valle from Isabella. This is the only real information I have. I was "adopted" as an infant and was not told anything until I found out by accident when I was 17. I lived with my adopted parents in PR until about the age of 2-3 years old. We lived in Isabella where my adopted father owned a bodega there. We then moved to NYC.
I have been told a lot of different stories and I wish to seek out my family. I was told my father had 5 other daughters, who lived with my fraternal grandparents and my mother had maybe 4 other children she also gave up for adoption. My mother went by/was known by the name of Noelia.
If anyone has any information on my family, whether where my parents or siblings are, please contact me. I tried a private investigator in PR but I have not heard back from them, and it’s been close to a year now. I really hope to connect with my family.
