My adoptive name was Poteet. I am searching for my birth mother/father, but I don't know their names...I was told I was born 04/04/1966 in Nashville, TN...My adoptive parents lived in Cookeville. Mrs. Gill handled the adoption. I was in a foster home in Cookeville until I was 3 months old. Cateracts run in the family. My birth mother was 16.
