I am searching my Birth Father and/or associated family members. Not sure but name is possibly John Charles Hall. I was informed that it is a strong possibilty that he is orginally from Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland area. He would be of African American decent. Approximately 5'6"-5'-9". Very distinct light brown eyes. Approximate birth year is 1946. He was in the military either Army or Air Force, stationed at Fort Bliss (El Paso) or Biggs Field Army/Air Force Base during 1966.
