I am searching for my birth mother. I was born just after midnight, 24 July 1978 at Palmerston North Hospital in New Zealand and adopted straight away. I know very little about my birth mother, I understand she was 17 (or so) when she gave birth to me and wanted me to be the only girl and the youngest in a family where I would have a big brother.
