Looking for information regarding the birth parents of Wanda Joyce Harris. She was adopted in Texas by an old couple most likely in the 1940's. She is my grandmother. I don't know what her name was prior to the adoption. The rumor in my family is that she is half Cherokee. Her birth mother may have been adopted as well. Wanda married John Truman Ratliff and they had my father, Monty Lynn. |
