I am searching for my birth father. My understanding is that his name is Alvin Terrell or Terrel and that he was born in the 40s. He was in the Army and studying Russian at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey when I was conceived (1965/1966). He wore glasses and was known as a good dancer. I believe his family was from the Philadelphia area. He may have sisters who are twins. My birth mother's name is April Sodersten. I was adopted and raised by her parents. I believe he knows this. I would like him to know that I am having a good life and have achieved many successes. I don't have anything against him for the circumstances of my birth and adoption. I would like to know if there is any medical history I should be aware of on his side. I am open to contact with him or his family but would also respect it if this was not wanted (he may never have told them anything).
