searching for birth mother or father: i am 35 and was born Aug.21, 1972,my mother was 19 at the time of my birth and was a waitress. My father was black and was a cook at same restaurant. He was 39 at time of my birth and had other children. I was born in Catawba county, N.C.. My mother was married to a white man and was placed for adoption because of this. Thanks Mom.in 1972 bi racial was shunned upon.
