I am a sister looking for her older brother. He was born in Carbonear Nfld. on april 7 1971. His birth name was gregory stephen penney. He had large blue eyes! He was placed in an a. approved foster home. Upon discharge from the hospital. He was placed for adoption in June 1971 and his adoption was finalized on Feb. 18, 1972! I would love to find him. I never knew about him until 2 yrs. ago and I,ve been searching ever since. His birth mother is from Fogo Island Nfld. I'm not sure who the father is I never knew my dad either. But our mother did raise me. I am 2 years younger. His adoptive parents were 28 and 27 at the time of his adoption. They couldn,t have a child of their own.
