Around March, early 1950's, I gave birth to a son at Florence Crittenden Home for Unwed Girls in Sioux City, Iowa. The son was adopted out by the Lutheran Home Finding Society. Son possibly born with leg, ankle or foot defect. LHFS, only told me upon my inquiry about son having a GOOD home, that indeed he was adopted by nice people.
I am posting this, in case he (named Allyn P.) would ever want information. |
