I am the birth mother of Phillip Daniel DeLong,he was born at LDS Hospital on May 14, 1994.He was put up for adoption approx 2005. I know he is in Salt Lake City, somewhere up in the Holiday area above wastch blvd. Any info you have would be of great assistance to me. I miss him greatly and really want to reconnect with him. He has 3 other siblings who miss him terribly. |
