I am looking for an male who was born on march 13th 1990 in Portsmouth, Ohio at the Southern Ohio Medical Center. The birth name given was William Ray Harvey he was adopted between 2 and 3 months old. I am the older sister, my name is Savannah Harvey. Apparently, he was adopted to some couple named Mary and Ken, one of them has a PHd and is an educator, last place that I heard of him being is in louisville KY and they have moved since then and also changed the boys name, any info please contact me ASAP.
