Stephen, Paul, (last name-unknown) could have been changed. He was born December 29, 1974 around 12:--Am, note the family already had another adopted son-lived in Silver Spring, MD area. Also the family could have been Catholic?
I am a friend of his Mother, who is searching for him. The following is additional information "Catholic Charities
St. Anne's Infant & Maternity House. Again he was born 12/29/74 around 12:00?AM. If you have any
information that would help to reunite this mother and son, it would be greatly appreciated!
