Born: October 29, 1971
Where: Sullivan, Indiana
I am male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, have brown hair, and hazel green eyes.
When the adoption was finalized, an ad was printed in the newspaper that said that parental rights for Lena Gail Moody were terminated. All attempts at tracing the name Lena Moody have turned up nothing. Is my birth mother's name really Lena or was this made up?
I don't need to have a relationship with you, unless you want one. But please, at least respond and supply me with medical information so that I can know my medical background. |
