ISO Birth Mother or Siblings. I was born 9/17/1980 at 11:46 am in Fort Dodge, IA. It was a closed adoption through Catholic Charities in Sioux City, IA. I was told that my mother was 15 and my father was 18. All I have is a letter that was written by my birth mother to me. I was in foster care until 10/31/1980, then adopted.
