Looking for birthparent or parents. I was born in SLC on 6-10-1958. Was not adopted out until 07-26-1958. Have been told I have siblings. Would really like to have medical records if nothing else. I was born in Holy Cross. One of the persons on the adoption board was a Virginia something.
