Baby girl adopted in Honolulu, HI. Born October 1, 1944. Although I was told my biological family was military, I was not born in the military hospital on Oahau. I was born in Queens hospital. I was told that I also had siblings. 3 or more sisters. My biological mothers maiden name was Dallas Phillips. My biological father's name was Pietrowicez. Although we are fairly certain my father's name was misspelled on the information given to me by my adopted mother who is since deceased.
