I am searching for siblings or birth parents: This is what is known thus far: Birth Date: September 20th, 1956 Location: Harkness Pavilion which was a part of Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, NYC Lawyer: Jack Meehan Location: Manhasset, NY Nassau County Brother of Genevieve & Deloris Meehan Genevieve married Henry Hess (Creskill NJ) Deloris married Bob Hope (Hollywood CA) An arrangement was made with my parents that they would pay all hosptical andmedical costs in exhange for receiving me at birth. However when I was born my Birth mother changed her mind and kept me from September 20th 1956 until March 10th 1957. As a result, my father did not pay the hopsital bills (Harkness was a very expensive place for births in 1956)which I beleive left the bills in the hands of my birth mother, who as far as I can guess, could not afford to pay them. On or about March 10th 1957 my birth mother decided she could no longer care for me, and contacted Jack Meehan (Lawyer) to complete the adoption agreement. My mom and her close friend Jeanine Colin went to Jack Meehan's office in Manhasset (Nassau County) NY to pick me up on March 12th, 1957 a Birth Certificate was issued under the Jenkins/Campbell name on April 4th 1957. This is all I know at this time. I would love to find my birth family for obvious resaons. If my birth mother or birth father are not interested in contacting me then I would like to hear from any siblings or relatives. I would also like to know my medecial history as well. | |||||||||||||||||||||
