My name is Patrick and I am looking for my biological siblings and/or mother. I am an Afro American male born Oct. 22, 1972, in Bay Shore, NY. The hospital may have been SouthSide Hostpital (it is the only one there but who really knows). My mother was mentally ill,(Paranoid Schizophrenic)her name may be Rochelle Green, Afro American, and she was between (30-40) years old at the time.I was told she was from either North or South Carolina originally. She might have been a patient at Pilgram State psychiatric hospital in Brentwood, NY. I got information that the last name Green might have been an assumed name taken from one of the doctors that was treating her. I was placed into foster care immediately after I was born. I think that all of this was handled through Sufflok county Social Services. My adoptive parents were active in providing foster temp housing for them around this time and was also looking to adopt.I believe her situation was made known to them before I was even born. My birth name was Richard Patrick Green before it was changed. I am suppose to have 2 older half siblings, a sister and a brother. Don't have any info on them other than they where placed with adoption agencies in NYC. I believe that they were possibly raised together. My suspiciouns is that they were at one point in the same household being raised by her and they were either given up or taken from her. I was told she kepted a picture of both them taken together. I believe she had some kind of extended relationship and/or communication at some point with them. My father, there was never any mention of him. I don't believe that he was even documented. If this sounds familiar to anyone please I would greatly appreciate any info. Thanks-
