I am searching for my birth parents and/or siblings. I was born on 4 October 1973, at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne. I am one of twin boys who were adopted by two loving parents through Catholic Social Services. My birth mother was 36, and father was 43 at the time. I had two siblings, a brother (Born 1962), and a sister (born 1960).
