I am searching for my birth mother. She may have been Carol Brown, or perhaps that was my birth name. According to my birth certificate I was born at Sutter General in Sacramento on July 22, 1943. My adoptive parents Marlin Ben Rasmusson and Rula Lavon Rasmusson (formerly Anderson) were on the birth certificate as if the parents. I am caucasian, brown hair and brown eyes, 5'4". My birth mother may have had 4 other children and I was the fifth. Marlin said he was my real father. It's possible a doctor arranged this adoption. It's possible my mother earned money as a surrogate mother. I would like to find any family members. Although I had a large family in Sacramento, I was raised an only child and it would mean a lot to me to find relatives.
