iso b/m & or b/f..iam a white female, born oct. 15, 1966. 5:55p.m 8lbs. 8ozs. b/m bf both from indiana. bf was 22 & bm was 20. no education stated. My contract of placement was made Jan. 9,1970, Ft. Wayne, IN, between the County Department of Public Welfare of Allen County, IN and adoptive parents Mr.Charles John & Patricia Jean Kiser. I was made ward of the state Oct. 3, 1969. Directors name was John E. Heiny. My adoption was handled by attorneys Adair, Perry, Beers, McAlister & Mallers. Stephen Adair signature.. I am 41 yrs old now and would just like to actually be able to say a birthplace & not wonder if that's true or not & maybe a name to go with my face. My name is Susan but....do i really know for sure?..... |
