Birth Mother, or Parents of boy born september 3rd 1966 St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY. 4:42 a.m. Delivered by Dr. William Boland? (office in Latham (Boland (deceased), Petersen , Odwire ) Given up for adoption to Catholic Family Charities. I think St Coleman's Home? Was told parents are Polish and German ? Nuns named me Adrian ? or Andrea? I have no original real birth record all the vitals in my possession are amended by the adoption certificates. Adopted at six Months By Arlene D. Hladik ( Restifo ) and Francis J Hladik and resided in Clifton Park, was named Michael Francis Hladik. Baptised Catholic at St. Marys 1967. Dark Brown Hair (was reddish when I was younger ), brown eyes. Balding and graying now ( baldness gene is handed down from grandfather on mother's side -good chance your grandfather and or father was bald ?) had extra bones in my feet and very small arches. Otherwise, no health problems yet I'm very strong- have never been sick through my teens or for any of my adult life.
