I was born on August 1, 1958 in Cedar Rapids, IA. My given name at birth was Gregory Shank. I would like to let my birth mother know that I am well. I was adopted by two wonderful parents. I have had a good life, and I am living in St. Paul, MN. I am curious about my medical history more than anything. I wouldn't want to be a bother, I know you have had to get on with your life, but if contact is desired, I would be happy to make that happen.
I only know that I was adopted through Lutheran Welfare Services in Iowa City. I was adopted on November 26, 1958. |
