I am looking for a niece and nephew who were adopted thru Franklin County Childrens Services.
Niece: Birthdate 4/19/77, born, Tara Dawn Hart
Nephew: Birthdate 11/7/75, born Stephen Robert Hart. they were possibly adopted together. They have a younger sister who was also adopted by another family and we have made contact with her.
Their birth parents are alive and living out of state. They also have surviving grandparents on their mother and father side of the family. Laura Leach was the Childrens Services caseworker handling their case. |
