I am seeking my birth mother. I was born November 15th, 1963 in St. Louis, Mo. I have dark brown hair and brown eyes. I was adopted at 3 months of age. According to my adoptive parents I was considered Baby Boy Hoffman while in the hospital. What I know from the decree is, my mother was 17 at the time of my birth. My father was in the service and they had a sporadic relationship. Mother liked to bowl as father liked to play the drums. If you have any information would love to hear!!!
