I am living in France, and I try to find roots of my father's family.
His name was Herbert(Herbie/herb) Mac William ALLEN - BENASSIT
Birth : July 4, 1935 - Spingdale, Washington Co, Arkansas
Death : December 9, 1993 - Cheyenne, Arkansas
His father was Monte Lucius ALLEN
Birth : June 10, 1937 - Fayetteville, Washington Co, Arkansas
Death : September 4, 1937 - Fayettevill, Washington Co, Arkansas
Her mother was Allie "Montez" LINDLEY
Birth : June 29, 1914 - Springdale, Washington, Arkansas
Death : October 9, 1974 - Madrid, Madrid Provience, Spain
I have a lot of information about Allie LINDLEY, except sisters and brothers.
I think she had a sister called :
Francis SHINPAUGH
Birth : October 14, 1919
Death :May 15, 2005
She was also from Fayetteville or Wheeler, Washington, Arkansas
On the father's side, the only information I have could be the grand father name, but not confirmed :
Lucius A. ALLEN
Birth : October 8, 1891 - Ashville, North Carolina
Death : December 9, 1966 - Fayetteville, Washington Co., Arkansas
He was married with

About my father's family :
- I know that my grand father was a rich landowner in Arkansas and he got married 2 or several times.
- My father was married with my mother, a french woman : Odile STERN - ALLEN. He had changed his name when he returned to Arkansas for BENASSIT.I know also that he had other children in USA after his come back.
