I am searching for my half brother. He is approximately 49-51 and born in Ohio possibly Dayton. The birth mother's name is Gay Wilson Hughes. She was 18 years of age and her birthday is 01/09/1939 She was born to Richard Hughes and Jean Rossell. Since that time our mother's name has changed, and we reside in Arizona. The name of my brother's father is unknown by me although I was told that he was in the Navy when our mother became pregnant with my brother. He is the oldest, the first born of three birth siblings. He has a younger sister and a younger brother in Arizona. I have wanted to find my brother for many years and our mother feels that maybe she doesn't "have the right to intrude in his life now". I do not know what month my brother would have been born in but the year was approximately 1958. He was to be adopted from the hospital directly (I am told). Our great Grandmother had been taking care of our mother before she had the baby. Our great grandmother's name is Beatrice Rossell. There was also mention of Florence Crittenton in Dayton, Ohio as a place where our mother may have stayed when she was pregnant in aprox.1958. Our mother returned to the home of her mother in Phoenix,Arizona just after the birth. I was told that my brother was born with dark hair and blue eyes. Our mother has dark brown hair with hazel eyes.
