My name is Evelyn Theresa Harris 5'2".I am looking for My Birth Parents. I was told by the LOUISE WISE Agency: I was born on May 11th, 1965 in Staten Island,New York at the Staten Island Hospital at 9:28 pm stayed in a boarding hom until the Harrises adopted me. My birth mother was 16 and my father was 18. she gave me up because she was unable to care for me.I have a sister who was born a year before and was adopted out I do not know her. My grandmother was a nurse aide and my grandfather was 39 at the time may have worked for a bus transportation company or was a bus driver. My mother was the youngest of six children she did not feel wanted in her family, she fell out of a window when she was about 2 or 3. She was remanded to a pyschiatric facility with a history of a volitale temper that is when they found out she was pregnant with me. she was truant in school. My grandparents had P.I.N.S. warrant on her.She was a memeber of a baptist church no name was given. My adopted parents(both are whom are now deceased) Adolph and Dorothy Harris were memebers of the Berean (Missionary)Baptist Church in Brooklyn NY ,I still attend that church presently.I am on the choir and I now have 2 children both boys ages 19 and 2.
