I am searching on behalf of my Adopted Son Patrick Jason Wallace, Rick was born June 03, 1970, San Diego, California, or so we were told. Rick is blond hair, blue eyes, slender build, about 5 10'. When rick was born he had a red mold over his right eye. We were told his mother had blond hair, blue eyes, and was attending the University of San Diego State, her being around 21. Father, blond, blue eyes, about 19, his adopted name was Leon. Rick follows the oil riges it hard to get a hold of him, please contact me if you believe you may be the biological parents of Ricky The county Welfare Dept told my wife and me that this wonderful little boy was called Leon, this is all we know.
