On behalf of my husband, David Scott Eppler, age 40, I am searching for his birth parents or relatives. Please help me save his life. Male baby born April 16, 1968 at Letterman Army Hospital in San Francisco. The parents were both in the Army and were married at the time of the birth. The baby was born with an under developed nervous system and went to foster care for 3 months and was placed with his adoptive family in Alameda on July 31, 1968. He may have been Italian. He has dark, very curly hair, a short right thumb, beautiful hazel eyes, and is 5'9", stocky, w/ olive skin and light freckles. Please contact me. He is ill and I have questions that might save his life.
