FEMALE BORN ON OR AROUND 3/15/1960- I am looking for my mothers birth parents...I was told that she was born in pheonix AZ and raised in Eloy AZ until the age of 6. She was adopted by a couple with the last name Brigham. The birthdate she was given is March 15, 1960 although I cannot be 100% sure of this date because she was told that she was thrown in a dumpster to die. I am not too sure that this story is true and that is why I am searching for her parent(s) She is now a 48 year old African American woman residing in TX.
